Thank you John. The mental health bill was actually sing by Bush in 2008 and there was no follow up to give the insurance companies a clear path to care. People with mental problems should never be allowed to have guns. There has to be a system where troubled people are red flagged by physicians so investigators can stop the purchases of guns and all purchases should be subject to investigation including ammunition.
