You know the answer to this question Charles. But for those of you who don’t among Lizardim, usually a bullet from a handgun travels at about 1800 ft./sec. right out of the barrel. With a long rifle and larger calibers the speed can sometimes exceed 3000 ft./sec. right out of the barrel.
