While, I wouldn’t put it past him, the difference is Mississippi is a long way from California (where Chuck lives)… since this is a federal court in California, the cost of sending US Marshals to pick up Chuck and bring him to the courthouse are much lower. Which is a bet I wouldn’t take - and I’m a gambling man.
