I’m reminded that during the anarchist scare in the 20’s that Trump’s ideological ancestors tried to outright ban people from Eastern European from coming to this country. My mom’s maternal grandmother came to this country in 1921. Had they gotten their way, I wouldn’t be here today.

Hell, for that matter, let’s talk about the Irish. Everybody forgets about the Irish because they’re white, but if they could’ve signed away my family’s immigration rights, there were a lot of people back then that would’ve put their names to that paper gladly.
