To me, the most shocking thing here is the very fact that the Attorney General of the United States is - personally - conducting an “investigation” to try to try to pin criminal charges on government (law-enforcement/intelligence) officials NOT (apparently) because they are suspected of any actual wrongdoing, but because the Administration/President want to try to cover up or deflect attention away from their own wrongdoing. And “wrong” in this case, seemingly being defined as “insufficiently deferential to Donald Trump”.

I mean, we do have the comforting fact that, as usual, a Trump Admin crusade against its perceived enemies is more-than-likely to blow up in their faces, or prove precisely the opposite of what they are trying to “uncover”, but RLY: this is seriously Third-World-dictatorship crap. And of course, hugely underreported in the “MSM” .
