I don’t know. From the sounds of it, he made the best of a bad situation, and let’s face it - all he needs is one juror who buys his interpretation of the situation. I am not confident in a jury of my peers convicting someone whom even my wingnut best friend admitted is a total asshole who deserves to have the book thrown at him.
