What should they do that in order “to understand the sacrifices of the Confederate leaders,”?

What sacrifice did the Confederate leaders make for the black residents of their states?

Should they just keep out of the way? What is actually going to happen?

Things are pretty fucking tense in the US right now, and there’s a racial component to it. Is this really the fucking right time to be having parades and shit that will be clearly divided along racial lines?
