Zimmerman’s “constitutional rights”? Whatever happened to the idea that one’s rights end when they infringe on the rights of another?

Zimmerman’s constitutional rights have not been even slighly infringed upon in any way I’m aware of. He even seems to have been given a few extra rights, such as the right to walk away from a shooting with no apparent rationale.
