But for this particular company, what altitude were they flying the drone? I would hope not higher than the treetops but if so, you’d get crap photos flying that low.

Just recently there was a drone spotted by a jet approaching JFK, came within a couple hundred feet of the airliner I believe. I don’t think allowing a free for all on drones is safe, regulations have to be put into place.
