Correction. In an odd move Scalia dissented.

I saw that posted earlier. Quite an unusual line up. You had Alito, Thomas, Kennedy, Breyer, and Roberts for the majority and Ginsberg, Kagan, Sotomayor, and Scalia dissenting. I wonder if that’s ever happened in this court.
