I just got back from Yosemite. It was t-shirt weather in February, there should be snow on the ground. Yosemite Falls was flowing at least. The last time I was there the falls were bone dry.

So that is what it looks like when there is actually water going over it. (It was bone dry when I saw it in August of 2013.)
