Reading now about Rosenstein’s endorsement of the job Hur just did. I see that Hur literally made up an accusation that Biden alerted his lawyers about the documents. This only appears in the executive summary and nowhere else in the “report.”

Hur speculates that if Biden alerted his lawyers, Hur wouldn’t be able to find about because of an imagined privilege that Biden never asserted because Hur never even asked the question. And yet Hur put that front and center as if it happened.

So that’s the tripe that Rod thinks is credible, and our resident troll thinks we should all give a listen to.
