What I find really sad honestly is that a lot of people seem to value guns more so than people. I understand why people want to have a firearm for protection. I don’t understand those who could be labeled hoarders but I do understand why someone would want to own a gun. What I don’t understand is the outright hate directed at anyone who wants to reduce easy access of these things. It shouldn’t be easier to get a gun than a vehicle. I’m sorry. It just shouldn’t.

I mostly agree. But it is not easier than a car. I can buy a used car and register it without any background check. I do not have to be licensed to drive to own the car. I can buy a new car-No background check. I can buy a car that goes 200 mph. Nobody checks my record. Legally-Felons can buy cars. Not guns.
