I can’t figure out which party wants to be top dog nutcase.

The right is winning the crazy contest. From the way I see it the Dems have the most interest in actually fixing the economy. It’s their turn in power and if it flops they get the blame. The Republicans are adopting a Ron Paul approach. The country must be destroyed to rebuild itself.
I think if the Reps were still in power they might act responsibly and maybe they are just being contrary now because they don’t have any influence over what happens. I really don’t see much rational thought from Republicans these days.
