The youth group they mention is YfWC, sorta new but they look to be cut from the same cloth as the Old YAfF, Young Americans for Freedom, from one chapter of that you might remember Kyle Bristow. Note that they also use a hammer in their logo and tend to like the same speakers: Tancredo, the Buchanans, and now Spencer.
