Someone on a thread a while back told a story of a friend who went out walking with his Rottweiler in the woods, and a pack of coyotes attacked it and, despite the Rottie taking out two of them, killed it. Makes me wonder if they wouldn’t do the same to us.

Put your tennies on so you can run a bit faster than whoever is with you. Make sure someone is with you. Problem solved.
