GM sales up in Feb. as industry wobbles

Hmmm. The U.S. government owns a stake in GM. Sales are up. Toyota is recalling a record number of cars and trucks.

Coincidence?

Sales are up from last year or when they hit rock bottom. That means they’re up 11.5 percent from zero and near bankruptcy. Ford sales surpassed GM sales for the first time. Analysts expected a higher increase in sale. GM is still struggling.

And yes it is a coincidence. It’s about time Toyota was taken to task for a defective product that led to the death of quite a few people.
