Our big pet peeve is Christmas hymns (not songs, hymns— O Holy Night is a hymn, and Rocking around the Christmas Tree is a song) done jazzy.

Gah.

I have never heard Rockin Around the Christmas Tree sung as a hymn. That would be different.
