Yeah it totally looks like classic Jim Crow: businesses refuse service to a certain class of customers, while providing the same service to other customers.

On an encouraging note, Erick’s piece on this on Red State is getting a lot of disagreement in the comments. Some agreement as well, but less than one might expect.
I think the tide has turned and Brewer isn’t stupid enough to to sign the bill.
