Well trying to embarrass the U.S. which clearly they were doing. Also, everything is quite backwards in Israel. Hard to explain. Let me put it this way. When I was picking olives at a Kibbutz, my g/f fell out of a tree and landed on her head. The ambulance had to stop for gas on the way to the hospital. That kinda stuff.
