Richards has played a Gibson 335 forever, less the 6th string as usual and recall he really does not playing one note leads. and frankly is not that good with it (acoustic is a different matter)…this version obvious lacks the energy and range in the vocals, but Jagger is decades older now and tends toward a monotone thing…as for me, the further they get from the original riff, the less I’m impressed…but there are different, killer versions out there…thanks for that tho…one of the very best versions is still the original studio cut imo

Agreed. It’s just that sometimes on Youtube I run across a concert version of that song I haven’t heard before. I post ‘em because you’re our expert on all things relating to the Rolling Stones.
