Bigotry? How so? The left has been vicious in its attacks on Palin and the right. I wonder who the bigots really are? People like myself who never said a bigoted word or leftists that would attack Palin simply because she is a woman that would put the pansies in their place.

Late to the party, and apologies to everyone for not having read the whole thread, but I have to point out the perfect storm of stupidity in this comment. We have the claim that the left hates Palin because she’s a woman (yeah, right! The right only discovered misogyny and sexism are problems in 2008) — and the comment that it’s because the left are ‘pansies’, i.e., not real men.
