How the fuck is it legal to make firearms specifically for children? What the hell is next, Jack Daniels Jr. , available in take along sippy cups with cute little pictures on them?

I do get the gun culture thing to some degree, having grown up right on the edge of Appalachia, I do understand about hunting and needing protection to some degree in a rural area. But I also know for a fact that not a single adult on either side of my family would have presented any of us kids with a firearm as a gift, let alone a BB gun before we were at least in our teens.
