I can’t speak for the rest of the country, but in CA, abortion became legal until a fetus is “viable,” in addition to the conditions listed, which therefore apply only to late pregnancy, when there might be a “viable” fetus.

In other words, that chart is very misleading, at least as far as CA is concerned.
