Scenarios I can imagine: (1) Habba did the right thing and contacted proper authorities about classified information everywhere; (2) lied to the NY courts and didn’t actually search Mar-a-Lago concerning the NY case; (3) did search, saw the material, didn’t tell anyone and is now hiring a lawyer for when the DOJ brings her in for questions
