Whoa whoa whoa whoa…hold the damn phone there for a second. First of all, what about all those people who live in big cities like New York or Chicago that take the bus, subway, el or taxi everywhere because it’s more trouble than it’s worth to have a car in such an environment?

Second of all…using that very same example, can anybody provide me with an instance of when illegal aliens are required to carry auto insurance? I mean they’re already in the country illegally, but they’ll somehow magically be compelled to get auto insurance because…we…y’know…it’s the law?

Give me a fucking break.
