I wish we could compare how the Los Angeles DA and LAPD would have handled an identical situation with that law on the books. I really think we would have had a very different result. Racism may have made all the difference.

Has justifiable homicide jumped in all, some, or most of the states this exists? Maybe my next point of study on this.
