Has Pres. Obama even read the Constitution? This guy was a law school professor? I would like to know where the “bleep” the Constitution gives rights and liberties to Foreign nationals waging Jihad on the United States?

Ask the courts, they are the ones that shut down a lot of GW’s plans over constitutional issues. They ruled that they have the right to be charged and defend themselves. Congress could vote to suspend that right in a crisis, but then we’d all lose it.
