Fair to middlin’ :).

Had a physical last week and got a bad report from the doc though, so I’m now taking meds on a regular basis and making some lifestyle and dietary modifications. Two absolute truths are coming home to roost this week:

1. You simply cannot escape your genetic fate
2. Middle age sucks.

/at least my cholesterol levels are good
