It is depressing. and WE HAVE made progress. We’ve passed good legislation, elected more women to Congress and have a lot more women in positions of power.

Now, we need the ERA and enough women in Congress to get some teeth (enforcement and oversight) into those laws.

Too much progress is being stripped away daily. All this abortion shit. Birth control, for cripes sake. Too many people see us as better off being chattel, property of the male in our lives.

All the while complaining about Sharia law, which cultural bullshit imposed by various Muslim societies…for doing what Christian conservatives so desperately want to do to us.

When people talk about dying for a cause, let me tell you, that is a cause I will die for. Try to make me property, make some male my overlord, force me into that kind of subservience. That, to me, is something worth dying for.
