I honestly think Jindal’s cash-grab down in Louisiana is the worst of the excesses.

A government program has functioned well, the workers have paid money into a fund, and he wants to just steal it away from them.

It’s about as wrong as you can get, it’s the exact opposite of fiscal discipline, it’s unethical, and it’s sneaky and stupid.

There is nothing good about it. It’s just ripping off state workers.
