I don’t use the Outlook meeting function since I only use Outlook on my home computer.

That said, wouldn’t it be just easier to call folks, or maybe photocopy a message and send it round the office? (I guess I’m just too old-school for the modern workplace.)

I do. We started using Skype which sucks donkey balls. How Skype integrates with Outlook sucks elephant balls. The whole Office 360 platform doesn’t work right and sucks dinosaur balls.

Other than that, life is swell in Microsoft world.
