How anyone can be a staunch Republican in this era astounds me.

How anyone under 30 can be a staunch Republican in 2015 astounds me but I see it daily in my younger co-workers. It’s weird. My 20’s had me wavering between being a pseudo Riot Grrl feminist in the grunge era to pretending I was a libertarian because I’d read Ayn Rand and now I’m somewhere in the middle between the two and voting Democratic on a consistent basis.

I can’t imagine ever being a Republican. It’s just foreign to me.
