I read on CNN this morning that not only has Kelly answered questions from Mueller (wasn’t clear if this was an interview, deposition, or interrogatories), but mentioned in the article is that Trump and Kelly are not on speaking terms and haven’t been for a while.

How the White House functions when the President is not on speaking terms with the White House Chief of Staff is… interesting. Also a terrible season of West Wing.

Is Trump on speaking terms with anyone in his administration?

Seems like he wars with everyone because they don’t tell him what he wants to hear. Then he goes on a Twitter tirade and attacks them. If they kiss his ass, or the attack gets criticism then he reverses and says they get along fine, this is how tough negotiations go with him.

Stable in any form is not Trump.
