Looks like Russian forces are staying in Belarus, ostensibly to continue “training exercises”:

Belarus and Russia decided to continue a joint check of the reaction forces due to the escalation in the Donbass, the Belarusian Defense Ministry reported on February 20.

According to Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin, this decision was made by Alexander Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin “in connection with the increase in military activity near the external borders of the Union State and the aggravation of the situation in the Donbass.”
