Sorry you have to hear opinions from professors who clearly approved Saddam’s kind of dictatorship and Taliban rule of Afghanistan, as the Clinton Administration did. Gassing Kurdish civilians with biological weapons, shredding people in machines, blowing up Buddhas in Bamiyan, and burqa-ing girls kept out of schools.
