Another good reason to not live in PA. I hope I never return. I’m in Las Vegas, NV now, you can’t walk 20 ft without tripping over a for sale or foreclosure sign. (Not that Harry Reed is any better)

Sounds like Phoenix…we have the tumbleweeds rolling along the empty streets here as well. Boom and Bust…the Boom lasted 20 years…I hope the Bust is shorter
