I think Marvel comics and The History Channel should team together and make a special on exaggerated colonial history where Jefferson is a stereotypical-looking pirate who smuggles illegal tea and Washington is basically the scrawny, repeatedly rejected guy from the new Captain America movie.

Hancock. Hancock smuggled tea. (One of his ships once reported that it had crossed the ocean 1/4 full. The customs inspector sent to inspect that ship hadn’t been allowed to look a the hold until the day after it got to Boston.)
