Some people just want continued excuses to gripe - Obama not ending DADT by fiat on January 21 2009 is just another reason, imo. But those are people who think social movements are texting $5 to a paypal account and showing up to a rally every once in a blue moon. They have no clue about what actual civil rights means, or how they are secured — that, they leave to us, then resent our work when we push it through :D. Its’ a really old habit, I know because I’ve been working with them for 20+ years, the mentality has not budged one bit.
