Why do you think Barney wants internet gaming. Can you say gambling income tax ?

“gambling income” refers to money that very few people generate. and the owners of the gambling websites, which probably do generate income are way too smart to base their operations in the US when they can cash in with much lower taxes offshore. maybe barney just wants to hang out with a bunch of male degenerates.
