re: #609 Bagua

Nonsense, the blockage dramatically reduces the number and size of rockets that the Hamas terrorists are able to import. Hezbollah is supplied by the same nations, Iran and Syria, and due to there not being an effective blockage, they have much more deadly ballistic missiles to fire at Israel.

What is needed is an end to the weapons smuggling from Egypt as well, but the blockade is vital. Besides the obvious propaganda value for people like you to imbibe, the obvious motivation is to open up a sea route for weapons that are too big to smuggle through tunnel. Hamas does not have a reliable over-land route for this as does Hexbollah.

If you were not biased you would see this, it’s obvious.

You’re so right Bagua. I’m the one who is “biased” and can’t see reality. By the way, how’s that reality working out for Israel?

Have the rocket attacks stopped? Nope. Is Galid Shalit still in captivity? Yup. Are Israeli soldiers fighting daily battles and putting their lives at risk? Yup. Is Israel’s standing in the international community weakening by the day? Yup. Has Hamas been strengthened by both operation Cast Lead and the flotilla incident? Yup.
