It sits fully fueled on its launch pad.

Obama tells us that not activating its countdown timer violates its rights.

Protecting the missile’s putative rights trumps protecting United States citizens.

Obama:

Again, it’s not in the POTUS’s power to ignore the courts as GW found out. i.e, , if Obama wanted to take your guns, the courts would stop him.
