I guess they don’t come around in New York City much? When I lived in San Diego they always seemed to be around, but I haven’t been solicited once in Manhattan. I guess they just assume we’re all godless fornicators?

Their headquarters are just across the river in Brooklyn. As a former JW, I can tell you that one of the problems in cities like NY is the fact that there are many private entrance buildings, where you can’t get to each individual “door” simply by walking in. The are enough Witnesses in the NYC area to cover the city easily, they just don’t have access.

If you live in a non-gated house of building, you’ve just been lucky.
