Nope. See above. It’s both biologically and in common meaning incorrect.

It doesn’t stand up. Not to a moment’s scrutiny. A fetus is not a biological parasite, because biological parasites are of different species- and a host of other reasons. It’s not a common-language parasite, because it doesn’t have free will to determine its actions.

You should stop using the term. It’s very off-putting to people like me, who are 100% pro-choice but don’t like incorrect, inflammatory rhetoric.
