I get that the deux ex machina of the ufo was meant to confound, and it did, but that’s the way life is - there are some things that go unexplained.

Best line of the episode (of many). Mike Milligan on pulling up to the massacre, getting out of his car, seeing all the bodies, and going “Okay then” and getting right back in and driving away with the surviving Kitchen brother.

Watching Hanzee eviscerate the Gerhardt with the diabolical trap w/cops was delicious irony, as was fact that the cops couldn’t be bothered to listen to Lou (which would explain why he plays with such regret in season 1). Sucks that Hank got caught in all of it, though he managed to hold his own, which was more than you could say about the local police chief and his staff. Bear lived up to his name. And Floyd pretty much saw everything go up in flames around her.

Peggy got herself actualized, Ed’s still in shock, and Hanzee’s on their tail (though I don’t think he’s thinking haircut at the moment).

Sadly, I don’t know if Lou’s wife’s going to make it. That didn’t look too good.
