I got used to smog inspections in California, but after almost 15 years in Arizona they seem foreign as they’re only required for vehicles in the Phoenix or Tucson metro areas. I’ve never been taxed on my vehicles though. Is that General Fund money or is it Road money?

In Northern Virginia, all you know is that the taxes you pay for roads go somewhere else.
