Regarding Fox News, you really didn’t need to go through the work of creating a fictional piece, you could have cut and pasted from FoxNews and FoxNation articles and it would have been worse!

Right now on FoxNation one of their leading articles is called “Rep. Cleaver: America’s Fossil Fuel Use ‘Sinful’”. Recommend you just listen to the recording before reading the comments, then scroll through the comments. The discontinuity is overwhelming. I call FoxNation a hate site because it is - just as bad as VDARE or the freepers.
