Yes. A good read, but the theory I’m strictly -meh- on. I don’t really have a firm alliance to any one theory of the Decline, but tend to feel that it had to do with the limits of Raubwirtschaft, failure of the central-distal infrastructure. I also favor Pirenne’s transformation over the image of a decisive fall.
