if it ain’t air cooled your dirt to vintage VW owners…I had a pristine 85 Westy for years, a water pumper so I was like nobody…a VW fraud…those people are very suspicious of late models…anyway I see a lot of old busses around here in NM where nothing ever dies…some of those rare models are worth a ranch house in DeMoines

hahah I know, the vintage guys are nice in Portland, though. There’s a lot of VWs in Oregon of every possible vintage. Daily driven squarebacks and Ghias, LOTS of VW Things. But I’m a GTI guy, I’ve wanted one since I was in college, and it uh…only took me about eight years to make it happen.
