Goddess, can you put me on that prayer list? I was recently diagnosed with adult-onset asthma. The docs can’t seem to find the right treatment for me, and the asthma is worsening.

I’m also still learning how to deal with the sudden asthma attacks that usually come on in the middle of the night, and breathe through them without panicking. I sit there all by myself gagging and gasping with 911 on speed dial. Takes an hour or more for me to come down out of one, and then I’m exhausted for the next couple of days.

Between the lack of oxygen (my lungs are never working quite right) and the lack of sleep (also have sleep apnea), my performance at work is really suffering.

Will take all the prayers I can get.

Very sorry to hear this! I hate to mention things you probably have looked into but have you had someone give the place a really good cleaning, including the carpets? Looked into possible mold issues, air ducts, etc? Do you have an air purifier in your bedroom?
